About Us

Noctua Solutions Limited was started in September 2014 by Bonnie Jennings with the aim of focusing on improving the customer experience.

The offerings of Noctua Solutions Limited expanded in May 2015, after Bonnie completed the Project Management Professional Certification. This meant that the company provided a much more comprehensive range of services not solely focused on stakeholder engagement. Delivering change through process improvement has taken Noctua Solutions to a different level, acknowledging the impact on those affected by change, Bonnie has developed the Noctua Solution, a catalyst for transformation.

Bonnie is an experienced Project Manager and Microsoft Certified Trainer with a successful track record in helping clients identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to deliver a better, more streamlined service. From Customer Service to Technology related projects, Bonnie brings a vibrant and enthusiastic approach to managing change.

After several years working as a senior analyst, in customer complaints, at the UK's largest utility company, Bonnie chose to start her own consultancy, in September 2014, Noctua Solutions Limited, with the focus on stakeholder engagement. Since then she has gone on to manage several successful change and transition projects in procurement, commercial and technology, at leading UK utility companies.

In March 2015, Bonnie achieved the status of Project Management Professional (PMP) which has strengthened her skills and expertise to deliver a more diverse range of services.

Having had years of experience working in technology, in her early years, and having come from an analytical background, when Office 365 (the Cloud based version of Microsoft Office and a suite of collaboration tools) was being rolled out at the organisation she was working for, she offered to take the lead, understanding the importance of engagement and training, and how they went hand in hand with the successful transition to the new systems.

Having previously achieved the status of Microsoft Office Specialist in 2001, Bonnie decided to upskill to the latest qualificaton, which she achieved in June 2016, shortly after which she was certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).

Having the ability to share her wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for both Project Management and Microsoft Office applications, Bonnie has created the Noctua solution to help businesses improve their processes and procedures by using the tools that are already available to them.

Bonnie said "It's the light bulb effect that excites me the most. I love seeing a smile on the face of someone who's learnt something new, something they didn't know existed and has saved them minutes, if not hours. It reaffirms why I love doing what I do!"
